Held profit-and-loss responsibility across three aerospace divisions at Ducommun AeroStructures, securing advanced manufacturing contracts at nine-figure scale. Installed Lean and continuous-improvement disciplines that took production lead times and end-to-end cycle times down by a multiple, and carried the divisions through AS9100 and ISO 9001 certification with a substantial reduction in defects.

President of a specialty aerospace processing business, with the chief financial officer and vice president of finance reporting directly to him. Grew the business by half again and materially improved operating profit. Established the leading independent position in laser-scribed skin chemical milling. Reduced environmental compliance cost by an order of magnitude through process change rather than abatement spending.
